为探讨复合植物精油对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响,本试验选用10日龄三水白鸭商品代600只,按体重一致原则随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每重复30只肉鸭。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组为抗生素组,在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg金霉素(15%);Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别在基础日粮中添加100、150、200 mg/kg的复合植物精油,试验期35 d。试验结果表明:Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肉鸭日均增重分别比Ⅰ组高5.34%、6.46%,差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅴ组肉鸭料重比分别比Ⅰ组低3.82%、4.36%,差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组肉鸭胸肌率比Ⅰ组高3.34%,差异显著(P<0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组血清丙二醛的含量分别比Ⅰ组低16.67%、11.97%与26.50%,差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅴ组血清总抗氧化能力、总蛋白、白蛋白浓度分别比Ⅰ组高14.86%、4.49%与7.57%,差异显著(P<0.05)。可见,复合植物精油具有促进肉鸭生长与提高肉鸭抗氧化能力的作用。综合考虑,本试验条件下复合植物精油的适宜添加量为100 mg/kg。

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of compound essential oil (CEO)in diets on growth per-formance,slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat duck.A total of 600 Sanshui white ducklings com-mercial generation with 10-day-old were randomly assigned to five 5 treatments according to the weight consistency,and each treatment contained 4 replicates with 30 ducklings each.GroupⅠas the control group,was fed with a basal diet,and group ⅡtoⅤ were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 0.5 mg/kg aureomycin (15%),100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg CEO,respectively.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed that the average daily gains of groupⅢ,Ⅳ were 5.34%,6.46% significantly increased (P < 0.05),and the ratios of feed to gain (F/G) of group Ⅲ,Ⅴ were 3.82%,4.36% significantly reduced (P < 0.05),compared with group Ⅰ.Compared with the groupⅠ,the percentage of breast muscle of group Ⅲ was 3.34% increased (P < 0.05).The contents of madondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were 16.67%、11.97% and 26.50% remarkably decreased in group Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ(P < 0.05),compared with groupⅠ.Moreover,the total antioxidant capacity,the contents of total protein and albumin in serum of group Ⅴ was 14.86%,4.49% and 7.57%markedly elevated (P<0.05).The results indicated that CEO had the functions of improving the growth performances and promoting the antioxidant ability of duck.The appropriate supplemental amount of CEO was 100 mg/kg under this experi-mental condition.
