针对油基钻井液在性能上的不足,研制出三种性能较好的油基钻井液用有机土。利用天然的钙基膨润土,通过钠化,有机改性的方法,制备出具有良好的增粘提切能力以及抗温能力的有机土,并且通过正交设计法,得出最佳的工艺条件,并对这三种有机土进行性能评价。
針對油基鑽井液在性能上的不足,研製齣三種性能較好的油基鑽井液用有機土。利用天然的鈣基膨潤土,通過鈉化,有機改性的方法,製備齣具有良好的增粘提切能力以及抗溫能力的有機土,併且通過正交設計法,得齣最佳的工藝條件,併對這三種有機土進行性能評價。
침대유기찬정액재성능상적불족,연제출삼충성능교호적유기찬정액용유궤토。이용천연적개기팽윤토,통과납화,유궤개성적방법,제비출구유량호적증점제절능력이급항온능력적유궤토,병차통과정교설계법,득출최가적공예조건,병대저삼충유궤토진행성능평개。
Three kinds of organic soil for oil-base drilling fluid were developed in order to overcome oil-base drilling fluid’s shortcoming. Organic soil with good viscosity shear capacity and temperature tolerance was prepared by Na-activation and organic modification. The best technology conditions were achieved by orthogonal design method. At last, properties of three kinds of organic soil were evaluated.
