目的：探讨视频宣教对提高口腔种植牙患者治疗依从性的效果观察。方法：将在我院进行种植牙手术治疗的140例患者分为试验组和对照组，对照组行常规健康宣教，试验组采用宣传手册和多媒体视频进行互动式健康宣教。观察采取不同宣教方法对于两组患者治疗依从性的影响，于宣教前后发放焦虑自测量表（SAS）和相关知识的掌握度调查表及对治疗的依从性调查表，并作统计对比分析。结果：试验组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：视频宣教能显著提高口腔种植牙患者治疗的依从性，间接通过治疗效果，并提高患者对于种植牙手术的预防保健意识，可以广泛应用于临床各专业的宣教工作。

Objective To study the video propaganda and education to improve the effect of treatment adherence for patients with dental implants in oral. Methods In our hospital for dental implant surgery treatment of 140 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,control group routine health education,the experimental group USES the brochures and multimedia video interactive health education.Observe different education methods to treatment adherence and the effect of two groups of patients before and after education out self-test anxiety scale(SAS)and the degree of master of knowledge questionnaire and adherence to treatment questionnaire,and statistical analysis. Results The treatment adherence is significantly higher than the control group, experimental group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Video education can significantly improve patients with dental implants in oral treatment compliance,indirectly through the treatment effect,and to increase awareness of the preventive care of dental implant surgery in patients with,can be widely used in clinical various professional missionary work.
