目的：探讨传染病患者心理护理干预体会。方法随机选取该院收治的100例传染病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。给予两组患者相同临床常规护理，并额外给予观察组心理护理干预。对比两组的治疗效果。结果护理后两组患者抑郁及焦虑评分均出现下降，但观察组下降程度大于对照组；且观察组护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组；其对护理的总满意度明显高于对照组；两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予传染病患者相应的心理护理干预可有效改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状况，提高其对治疗的满意度，进而提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the experience of psychological nursing intervention for infectious disease patients. Methods 100 cases with infectious diseases admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each. Both groups were given the same clinical conventional nursing. In addition, the observation group were given the psychological nursing intervention. And the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores decreased in both groups, and the SDS and SAS scores decreased more sig-nificantly in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the observation group had much lower SAS and SDS scores and obviously higher rate of nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with infectious diseases, corresponding psycho-logical nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety, depression and other adverse psychological status, enhance the pa-tients' satisfaction with treatment and their quality of life.
