目的：比较研究欣普贝生与催产素在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产中的临床应用效果。方法选择在该院待产孕妇，随机将孕妇分为对照组和研究组。比较分析两组孕妇用药前后宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果、分娩方式以及新生儿情况等指标。结果与对照组孕妇相比，研究组孕妇用药后宫颈Bishop评分，引产成功率和总有效率，阴道顺娩率，新生儿出生后Apgar评分均明显提高，引产无效率和剖宫产率明显降低，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欣普贝生能够促进足月妊娠宫颈成熟，提高引产成功率，降低剖宫产率，改善新生儿出生状态。
목적：비교연구흔보패생여최산소재족월임신촉궁경성숙급인산중적림상응용효과。방법선택재해원대산잉부，수궤장잉부분위대조조화연구조。비교분석량조잉부용약전후궁경Bishop평분、인산효과、분면방식이급신생인정황등지표。결과여대조조잉부상비，연구조잉부용약후궁경Bishop평분，인산성공솔화총유효솔，음도순면솔，신생인출생후Apgar평분균명현제고，인산무효솔화부궁산솔명현강저，량조비교차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론흔보패생능구촉진족월임신궁경성숙，제고인산성공솔，강저부궁산솔，개선신생인출생상태。
Objective To compare the clinical result between suppositories and oxytocin for cervical ripening and labor induction in term pregnancy. Methods The pregnant women in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group randomly. The Bishop scores before and after treatment, induction effects, mode of delivery and neonatal situation of the pregnant women in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the pregnant women in study group, the Bishop scores after treatment, the success rate of abortion and the total effective rate, delivery from spontaneous vaginal rate, the Apgar scores after birth of neonatal were increased significantly, while the inefficient rate of abortion and cesarean section rate was decreased significantly, the differences were significant statistically (P<0.05). Conclusion Dinoprostone could promote cervical ripening, improve the success rate of induction of labor, reduce the cesarean section rate and improve the state of neonatal for full-term pregnancy.
