对以 ECR400型为代表的风机盘管在不同运行工况下的性能在焓差实验室内进行了实际测试。分别得到在夏季制冷工况及冬季制热工况下,不同室内空气温度、风机盘管供水温度、供水流量以及风机盘管送风量等对风机盘管性能的影响。实验结果表明:室内空气温度、风机盘管供水温度、供水流量等对风机盘管制冷(热)与除湿性能都有显著影响,送风量的变化对风机盘管除湿性能的影响较小。本实验结论对风机盘管的设计选型及运行维护具有一定的指导意义。

In this work, experimental runs were carried out to investigate the performances of the fan-coil unit (model ECR400). Effects of various operational conditions, namely the indoor air temperature, chilled water temperature, flow rates of the chilled water and air, on the performances of fan-coil unit were studied both in summer and winter. It was found that the indoor air temperature together with the chilled water temperature and chilled water flow rate presented significant influence on the refrigerating (heating) and dehumidifying capacity of the fan-coil unit, while the little effect from air flow rate was observed. This work is helpful in the better design of certain fan-coil unit in air-conditioning system.
