以改性膨润土为催化剂,采用电芬顿降解的方法,研究了不同离子改性膨润土、染料废水初始pH、催化剂的加入量、反应时间对染料废水脱色效果的影响。研究表明铁改性膨润土、pH 为4、催化剂加入量为18 g/L、反应10 min 活性红染料废水脱色效果最好,脱色率达到98%。

The degradation of dyeing wastewater catalyzed by metal ion modified bentonite in the electrochemical reactor was investigated. The effect of pH,different metal ion and dosage of catalyst on the efficiency of the electrochemical degradation process was studied. The results show that the bentonite modified by Fe3+ has the highest electrochemical catalytic activity for the electrochemical degradation of dyeing wastewater with pH= 4. Its color removal rate can reach up to 98%.
