以轮胎顶线油为原料,通过静态实验分别从4种吸附剂和脱附剂中筛选合适的有机氯吸附剂和脱附剂,并探究了温度对较佳解吸剂解吸过程的影响,对其中较佳吸附剂进行动态实验,探究流速和温度对其动态吸附顶线油中有机氯化物的影响。结果表明:静态实验中,活性炭的吸附率较大为21.07%,苯对活性炭的解吸效果较好,其较佳的解吸温度为60℃,解吸率为72.23%;动态吸附试验中,活性炭吸附轮胎顶线油中有机氯化物的较佳工艺条件为:流速1 BV/h,温度110℃,吸附率为15.53%。

Choosing the tire top line oil as the study material, the appropriate organochlorine adsorbent was screened from four adsorbents by static experiments. The influence of temperature on the desorption process of the appropriate desorbent was explored by static experiment. Then effect of flow rate and temperature on adsorption of the appropriate adsorbent for organic chlorides in tire top line oil was explored by dynamic-model experiment. The results show that the adsorption rate of activated carbon is higher,21.07%;the desorption effect of benzene is better for activated carbon, and its appropriate temperature is 60 ℃ in static absorbing test, the desorption rate is 72.23%; the optimum condition of activated carbon adsorbing organic chlorides in tire top line oil are as follows: flow rate 1BV/h, temperature 110℃ .The adsorption rate under this condition is 15.53%.
