目的：介绍马春芬教授诊治月经病的经验。方法：从师学习，总结所长。结论：马春芬教授诊治月经病强调调经先辨病，后审因论治，以血为本，气血并治；重视治病求本，补肾疏肝健脾。治疗中根据月经周期不同阶段进行阶段性调治。用药方面力求平和不伤正，并注重药物的炮制。
목적：개소마춘분교수진치월경병적경험。방법：종사학습，총결소장。결론：마춘분교수진치월경병강조조경선변병，후심인론치，이혈위본，기혈병치；중시치병구본，보신소간건비。치료중근거월경주기불동계단진행계단성조치。용약방면력구평화불상정，병주중약물적포제。
Objective:To introduce experience of Professor MA Chun-fen for emmeniopathy. Methods:The experience of teacher were summarize. Conclusion:Prof. MA Chun-fen emphasizes the first identification of the disease before treatment. Blood was oriented. Qi and blood was treated together. Disease's root was emphasized, invigorating the kidney, soothing the liver and invigorating spleen. There are periodical treatments in different stages based on the menstrual cycles. Prof. MA Chun-fen apply medicine placidly, and pay attention to prepared drugs.
