目的：探讨影响整形美容手术效果的影响因素及其相应的防范措施。方法：对进行整形美容手术的92例患者资料进行分析，分析影响整形美容手术效果的影响因素，并根据其影响因素提出针对性的防范措施。结果：92例患者中32例对整形美容手术效果不满意，不满意率为34.8%；其中5例男，27例女；32例不满意患者中，21例由于对手术期望过高，占65.62%；6例手术适应证掌握不当或者手术前设计时存在一定偏差，占18.8%；5例术后护理不当出现感染、出血等并发症，占15.62%。21例对手术期望过高患者经过正确的沟通后基本满意；6例患者行二次手术后效果满意；5例并发症患者经过我院精心护理、治疗后痊愈出院。结论：影响整形美容手术的影响因素相对较多，医院在提高美容专业技能的同时应该提高整形美容质量，并做好患者心理护理，提高患者对整形美容认知水平，降低医疗纠纷发生率。

목적：탐토영향정형미용수술효과적영향인소급기상응적방범조시。방법：대진행정형미용수술적92례환자자료진행분석，분석영향정형미용수술효과적영향인소，병근거기영향인소제출침대성적방범조시。결과：92례환자중32례대정형미용수술효과불만의，불만의솔위34.8%；기중5례남，27례녀；32례불만의환자중，21례유우대수술기망과고，점65.62%；6례수술괄응증장악불당혹자수술전설계시존재일정편차，점18.8%；5례술후호리불당출현감염、출혈등병발증，점15.62%。21례대수술기망과고환자경과정학적구통후기본만의；6례환자행이차수술후효과만의；5례병발증환자경과아원정심호리、치료후전유출원。결론：영향정형미용수술적영향인소상대교다，의원재제고미용전업기능적동시응해제고정형미용질량，병주호환자심리호리，제고환자대정형미용인지수평，강저의료규분발생솔。
Objective To investigate the effects of cosmetic surgery and the effect of factors corresponding preventive measures. Methods The hospital for cosmetic surgery,92 patients were analyzed,and propose preventive measures targeted according to their impact factor. Results 92 patients in 32 cases for cosmetic surgery are not satisfied,not satisfied with the rate of 34.8%;five males,27 females;32 cases of dissatisfied patients,21 cases of surgery due to the high expectations, accounting for 65.62 %;six cases of surgical indications exist mastered before surgery or improper design of a certain bias, accounting for 18.8%;five cases of improper care after infection,bleeding and other complications,accounting for 15.62%.21 cases of patients with high expectations after surgery right to communicate basic satisfaction;six cases of patients with satisfactory results after the second surgery;five cases of complications in patients after intensive care in our hospital,were discharged after treatment. Conclusions Factors affecting relatively more cosmetic surgery hospital in improving the professional skills of the beauty and should improve the quality of plastic surgery and psychological care of patients do improve the level of knowledge of plastic surgery patients,reduce the incidence of medical malpractice.
