提出基于PLC和组态王的聚氨酯树脂(PU )反应釜监控系统的设计方案,详细阐述系统的整体结构和软硬件部分的设计,采用工控软件组态王开发人机接口可视化界面(HMI),使系统具有界面友好、操作简单、运行可靠、升级简便等特点。生产实践表明,该反应釜监控系统设计正确、运行稳定、实时性强,提高了聚氨酯树脂反应釜监控系统的自动化水平。
提齣基于PLC和組態王的聚氨酯樹脂(PU )反應釜鑑控繫統的設計方案,詳細闡述繫統的整體結構和軟硬件部分的設計,採用工控軟件組態王開髮人機接口可視化界麵(HMI),使繫統具有界麵友好、操作簡單、運行可靠、升級簡便等特點。生產實踐錶明,該反應釜鑑控繫統設計正確、運行穩定、實時性彊,提高瞭聚氨酯樹脂反應釜鑑控繫統的自動化水平。

The design of polyurethane reactor monitoring system based on PLC and Kingview was presented in this paper ,included whole frame work and the design of hardware and software .The industrial configuration software Kingview had been used to design the Human Machine Interface .The system had some advantages such as easy to operate ,runing reliably , easy to expand and update .The production process showed that the resin reactor monitoring system had the features of correct design , stable operation and strong real‐time . The automation level of the polyurethane resin reactor monitoring system was improved in the system successfully .
