目的：探讨中药治疗胃食管反流病（ GRRD）的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2011年3月至2014年3月在荆州市中医医院接受治疗的GERD患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为中药组和西药组，各40例。中药组给予龙胆泻肝汤合小陷胸汤加减治疗，西药组给予雷贝拉唑胶囊和多潘立酮口服治疗，两组疗程均为4周。记录两组临床疗效、证候疗效和病理疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果中药组治疗后临床总有效率为97.5％，西药组临床总有效率为82.5％，两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；中药组证候有效率为95.0％，西药组证候有效率为77.5％，两组证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组病理疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组在治疗期间均未见与治疗药物相关不良反应。结论龙胆泻肝汤合小陷胸汤加减治疗胆热犯胃型GERD结果部分补充不良反应情况有效。
목적：탐토중약치료위식관반류병（ GRRD）적림상료효급안전성。방법선취2011년3월지2014년3월재형주시중의의원접수치료적GERD환자80례，채용수궤수자표법분위중약조화서약조，각40례。중약조급여룡담사간탕합소함흉탕가감치료，서약조급여뢰패랍서효낭화다반립동구복치료，량조료정균위4주。기록량조림상료효、증후료효화병리료효급불량반응발생정황。결과중약조치료후림상총유효솔위97.5％，서약조림상총유효솔위82.5％，량조림상료효비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；중약조증후유효솔위95.0％，서약조증후유효솔위77.5％，량조증후료효비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조병리료효비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。량조재치료기간균미견여치료약물상관불량반응。결론룡담사간탕합소함흉탕가감치료담열범위형GERD결과부분보충불량반응정황유효。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and security of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) of ‘gallbladder-heat invading stomach′type.Methods A total of 80 GERD patients admitted in Jingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Mar .2011 to Mar.2014 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Patients in Chi-nese medicine group received decoctions of Long Dan Xie Gan and Xiao Xian Xiong.While patients in west-ern medicine group received rabeprazole capsules and domperidone.The courses of treatment in both groups were 4 weeks.Clinical curative effect,symptom curative effect,and pathological curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 82.5% of western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the syndrome effective rate of Chinese medicine group was95 .0 %,significantly higher than 77.5% of western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 );there was no statistically significant difference of pathological curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no adverse drug reac-tions associated with the treatment between two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion The decoc-tions of Long Dan Xie Gan and Xiao Xian Xiong are safe and effective in treating GERD of ‘gallbladder-heat invading stomach′type.
