目的：探讨黄芪注射液对原发性高血压患者血管功能状态的影响。方法将唐山市人民医院心内科2011年6月至2013年10月收治的90例原发性高血压患者根据随机数字表法分为两组：对照组（45例）采用常规西药治疗，观察组（45例）采用常规西药联合黄芪注射液治疗，将两组患者治疗前与治疗1、3、6周的血管功能状态评估指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗1、3、6周时肱踝、颈股、股踝及颈肱脉搏波传导速度低于对照组（P ＜0.05），血管内皮功能指标（加压后肱动脉内径、肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能（及反应性充血）均高于对照组（P ＜0.05），而动脉弹性相关指标中，观察组大小动脉弹性（C1及C2）均高于对照组，僵硬度和弹性系数均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论黄芪注射液可显著改善原发性高血压患者的血管功能状态，因此对疾病治疗有较高的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토황기주사액대원발성고혈압환자혈관공능상태적영향。방법장당산시인민의원심내과2011년6월지2013년10월수치적90례원발성고혈압환자근거수궤수자표법분위량조：대조조（45례）채용상규서약치료，관찰조（45례）채용상규서약연합황기주사액치료，장량조환자치료전여치료1、3、6주적혈관공능상태평고지표진행비교。결과관찰조치료1、3、6주시굉과、경고、고과급경굉맥박파전도속도저우대조조（P ＜0.05），혈관내피공능지표（가압후굉동맥내경、굉동맥내피의뢰성서장공능（급반응성충혈）균고우대조조（P ＜0.05），이동맥탄성상관지표중，관찰조대소동맥탄성（C1급C2）균고우대조조，강경도화탄성계수균저우대조조（P ＜0.05）。결론황기주사액가현저개선원발성고혈압환자적혈관공능상태，인차대질병치료유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective To observe and study the effect of astragalus injection on the vascular function state of patients with primary hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with primary hypertension admitted in the Affiliated People′s Hospital of Hebei United University in Tangshan City from Jun .2011 to Oct.2013 were divided into two groups by random number table method:patients in the control group ( 45 cases) received conventional western medicine treatment and patients in the observation group (45 cases) received conventional western medicine treatment and astragalus injection.The vascular function evaluation indexes of two groups before treatment and at the first,third and sixth week after treatment were compared. Results The pulse wave velocities of carotid femoral,brachial ankle,ankle brachial and femoral neck in the observation group at the first,third and sixth week after treatment were all lower than the those in the control group(P<0.05),while the vascular endothelial function indexes in the observation group, including brachial artery diameter after compression (D1),brachial artery endothelium-dependent diastolic function and reactive hyperemia,were higher than those in the control group respectively.And among the arterial elasticity related indexes,C1 and C2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group respectively,while stiffness βand elastic coefficient Ep were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The astrag-alus injection can significantly improve the vascular function state of patients with primary hypertension ,so it has great clinical application value in the treatment for the disease .
