目的：探讨应用自制通脉膏外敷治疗医源性静脉炎的临床效果。方法便利选取2010年2月至2013年9月发生的医源性静脉炎患者128例，按照住院单双号分为研究组和对照组各64例。研究组用自制通脉膏外敷，对照组用50％硫酸镁湿敷，比较两组患者的治疗效果及治愈时间。结果研究组除1例患者因用药当天出现局部皮肤过敏反应中止治疗外，其余患者均顺利完成治疗。研究组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组，治愈时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0．05或P＜0．01)。结论通脉膏制作简单，易于存放，使用安全，不良反应少，且价格低廉，是治疗医源性静脉炎的有效方法。
목적：탐토응용자제통맥고외부치료의원성정맥염적림상효과。방법편리선취2010년2월지2013년9월발생적의원성정맥염환자128례，안조주원단쌍호분위연구조화대조조각64례。연구조용자제통맥고외부，대조조용50％류산미습부，비교량조환자적치료효과급치유시간。결과연구조제1례환자인용약당천출현국부피부과민반응중지치료외，기여환자균순리완성치료。연구조치유솔급총유효솔균고우대조조，치유시간단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의(P＜0．05혹P＜0．01)。결론통맥고제작간단，역우존방，사용안전，불량반응소，차개격저렴，시치료의원성정맥염적유효방법。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made Tongmai ointment in the treatment of iatrogenic phlebitis.Methods By convenience sampling,128 cases of patients were equally divided into study group and control group.Patients in study group were external applied with Tongmai Ointment, while the control group were applied with 50% magnesium.The clinical effect and cure time were analyzed and compared between two groups.Results All patients were successfully cured except one patient occurred local skin allergies and stop the treatment.The cure rate and total effective rate of study group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05).The healing time of study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Tongmai ointment is simple to made,and easy to store,safe to use with less side effects and inexpensive,which is an effective treatment method for iatrogenic phlebitis.
