国际互联网是21世纪最重要的信息传递工具。计算机网络的发展水平，标志着一个国家科学技术发展水平和社会信息化程度的高低。随着网络的普及，网络已走进了千家万户，广泛地应用与各行各业，直接或间接地影响着每个人的生活。因此，熟练掌握或精通一定的网络技术是时代的必然要求。为此，高校千方百计采取得力措施，切实提高学生计算机网络理论水平和实践能力，是提高大学生自身素质和为社会输送合格的计算机人才的必由之路。文章结合个人工作实际和时代发展的要求，从六个方面阐述了提高高校计算机网络教学质量的有效策略。即：历练教师队伍，聘用双师型的教师；结合人才市场需求，调整办学指导思想；优化课程结构，更新教学内容；创设教学情境，融洽师生关系；收集成功教学案例，充实教学资源库；发挥网络平台优势，开展网络自主学习。
國際互聯網是21世紀最重要的信息傳遞工具。計算機網絡的髮展水平，標誌著一箇國傢科學技術髮展水平和社會信息化程度的高低。隨著網絡的普及，網絡已走進瞭韆傢萬戶，廣汎地應用與各行各業，直接或間接地影響著每箇人的生活。因此，熟練掌握或精通一定的網絡技術是時代的必然要求。為此，高校韆方百計採取得力措施，切實提高學生計算機網絡理論水平和實踐能力，是提高大學生自身素質和為社會輸送閤格的計算機人纔的必由之路。文章結閤箇人工作實際和時代髮展的要求，從六箇方麵闡述瞭提高高校計算機網絡教學質量的有效策略。即：歷練教師隊伍，聘用雙師型的教師；結閤人纔市場需求，調整辦學指導思想；優化課程結構，更新教學內容；創設教學情境，融洽師生關繫；收集成功教學案例，充實教學資源庫；髮揮網絡平檯優勢，開展網絡自主學習。

The Internet is the most important tool for information delivery in twenty-first Century.. The development level of computer network marks the level of the development of science and technology of a country and the level of social informationization. Along with the popularization of the network, the network has entered the families, widely used and all walks of life, directly or indirectly affect each person's life. Therefore, mastering or mastering certain network technology is the inevitable requirement of the times.. Therefore, colleges and universities to do everything possible to take effective measures, and effectively improve the students computer network theory level and practical ability, improve the quality of the students themselves and for social transmission of qualiifed computer professionals in the only way.
