当前对组织文化认同的研究都是立足于组织内部或组织自身,探讨使成员与组织保持一致性的问题,这一方面忽视了客户及其他利益相关者对文化认同的作用意义,另一方面忽视了员工、组织的利益相关者与组织互动的事实,其思路在本质上是忽略了组织文化认同的双向互动性以及多层次性;同时,现有成果大多停留在概念探讨的阶段,缺乏从系统、动态视角出发对组织文化认同形成演化机理的深入把握。综合上述不足,本文基于组织文化三构面体系,从整合和扩展的角度对组织文化认同进行了重新界定,通过分析组织文化三构面及构面要素间不同范围层次的相互作用关系,阐释了组织文化认同的形成机理和演化路径。
噹前對組織文化認同的研究都是立足于組織內部或組織自身,探討使成員與組織保持一緻性的問題,這一方麵忽視瞭客戶及其他利益相關者對文化認同的作用意義,另一方麵忽視瞭員工、組織的利益相關者與組織互動的事實,其思路在本質上是忽略瞭組織文化認同的雙嚮互動性以及多層次性;同時,現有成果大多停留在概唸探討的階段,缺乏從繫統、動態視角齣髮對組織文化認同形成縯化機理的深入把握。綜閤上述不足,本文基于組織文化三構麵體繫,從整閤和擴展的角度對組織文化認同進行瞭重新界定,通過分析組織文化三構麵及構麵要素間不同範圍層次的相互作用關繫,闡釋瞭組織文化認同的形成機理和縯化路徑。

The current definition of organization culture identity′s essence is to discuss employees how to keep steps with enterprises from internal organization aspect or based on organization itself.On the one hand, this logic ignores the signifi-cance of customers and other benefit clusters to organization culture identity, and on the other hand, it ignores the interac-tive relationship between employees, benefit clusters and organizations, and this logic ignores the interactive and diversity of culture identity system in essence .At the same time , current research findings can not illuminate the operating mecha-nism of organization culture identity from a systemic and dynamic angle.Based on the aforementioned study defects, this paper defines organization culture identity form an expanding and integrating angle, based on a three-dimension organiza-tion culture system, and through analyzing the different interactions of the three culture dimension and factors from different levels and ranges, illuminates the establishment mechanism and evolutionary process of organization culture identity.
