随着伺服技术的快速发展,加之电机技术已经相当成熟,高速驱动已经可以达到很高的水平。基于这个原因,在机床行业提出了快速进给这个要求。一般来说,高速进给的速度要达到60 m/min,加速度要达到1 g。作为传动链的重要一环,对滚珠丝杠高速化的研究显得越来越重要。在以往,试验环节被国内的丝杠生产厂家与研究机构严重忽视了,对丝杠的各种改进措施只有大概的、定性的了解,没有具体试验的支撑。近年来,基础参数的获取逐渐被国内重视。因此,高速滚珠丝杠副综合性能试验台的设计与开发显得越来越重要。研发了一种高速精密滚珠丝杠综合性能试验台,可以测量滚珠丝杠的众多参数。介绍了其通用性的机械结构,并简述了其测试系统的搭建。

As the servo technology develops rapidly, and motor technology becomes more mature, the high speed driving reaches a very high level. For this reason, a new concept-High Speed Feed is introduced into machine tool industry. In general, high speed feed means that the speed reaches 60 m/min and the acceleration reaches 1 g. With it as an important part of transmission chains, it is more and more important to study the high speed bal screw(HSBS), but the importance of its tests is ignored ly the factories in our country. they just know the parameters which may have influence on the performance. New more and more attention is paid to the basic data. So it is important to develop the test:Instrument (HSBSPTI) for the high speed bal screw performance. This paper introduces its test instrument which can be used to test many parameters of the bal screw, its main common mechanical structure. and the development of the test system.
