Pharmaceutical intervention%Rational drug use
目的：：分析药学干预对抗菌药物合理用药的影响。方法：自我院开展药学干预以来，对2012—2014年上半年的处方、病例点评结果进行统计分析；对抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、微生物样本送检统计资料等进行对比分析。结果：通过药学干预等一系列措施，我院的抗菌药物使用率、使用强度均呈逐年下降趋势，处方合格率逐年提高，抗菌药物使用趋于合理。
目的：：分析藥學榦預對抗菌藥物閤理用藥的影響。方法：自我院開展藥學榦預以來，對2012—2014年上半年的處方、病例點評結果進行統計分析；對抗菌藥物使用率、使用彊度、微生物樣本送檢統計資料等進行對比分析。結果：通過藥學榦預等一繫列措施，我院的抗菌藥物使用率、使用彊度均呈逐年下降趨勢，處方閤格率逐年提高，抗菌藥物使用趨于閤理。
목적：：분석약학간예대항균약물합리용약적영향。방법：자아원개전약학간예이래，대2012—2014년상반년적처방、병례점평결과진행통계분석；대항균약물사용솔、사용강도、미생물양본송검통계자료등진행대비분석。결과：통과약학간예등일계렬조시，아원적항균약물사용솔、사용강도균정축년하강추세，처방합격솔축년제고，항균약물사용추우합리。
Purpose Analyze the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational use of antibacterial drugs. Method Since the action of pharmaceutical intervention was carried in our hospital, statistical analysis has been done on the results of prescription and on the remarks of some cases from 2012 to the first half of 2014, and comparative analysis has been done on the frequency, use intensity and statistical material of microorganism sample inspected. Result By using series methods of pharmaceutical intervention, the rate of antibacterial drugs use and intensity has been declining year by year. The qualified rate has been raised and the use of antibacterial drug has been increasingly rational.
