目的:探讨舒芬太尼在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中心肌保护效应的作用。方法:24只健康雄性SD大鼠(200~250g)随机分为4组,假手术(Sham)组,缺血再灌注(I/R)组,I/R+舒芬太尼组,Sham+舒芬太尼组。Sham组:只开胸但不结扎冠状动脉,静脉注射等量生理盐水;I/R组:开胸造MIRI模型(缺血30min,再灌注120min)注射等量生理盐水;I/R+S组:缺血前泵注舒芬太尼1μg/kg,泵注5min,停止5min,重复3次,总量共3μg/kg的预处理方式;Sham+S组:不结扎冠状动脉,相同方式注射舒芬太尼3μg/kg;再灌注120min后于腹主动脉抽取血液2ml,然后取心肌标本。血液标本检测CK-MB、LDH心肌酶。结果:四组雄性大鼠HR差异无统计学意义,I/R组与I/R+S组相比心肌酶(CK-MB值)从2538.9 U/L下降到1577.6U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中具有心肌保护作用。

목적:탐토서분태니재심기결혈재관주손상중심기보호효응적작용。방법:24지건강웅성SD대서(200~250g)수궤분위4조,가수술(Sham)조,결혈재관주(I/R)조,I/R+서분태니조,Sham+서분태니조。Sham조:지개흉단불결찰관상동맥,정맥주사등량생리염수;I/R조:개흉조MIRI모형(결혈30min,재관주120min)주사등량생리염수;I/R+S조:결혈전빙주서분태니1μg/kg,빙주5min,정지5min,중복3차,총량공3μg/kg적예처리방식;Sham+S조:불결찰관상동맥,상동방식주사서분태니3μg/kg;재관주120min후우복주동맥추취혈액2ml,연후취심기표본。혈액표본검측CK-MB、LDH심기매。결과:사조웅성대서HR차이무통계학의의,I/R조여I/R+S조상비심기매(CK-MB치)종2538.9 U/L하강도1577.6U/L,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:서분태니재심기결혈재관주손상중구유심기보호작용。
Objective Explore sufentanil in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of myocardial protective effect . Methods 24 healthy male SD rats (200~250 g) randomly divided into 4 groups:Sham group:only opening chest without ligation of coronary artery;sham+sufentanil group:sham operation with sufentanil pretreatment,I/R group:open chest with 30 min of ischemia and 120 min reperfusion of coronary artery;I/R+s group:30 min of ischemia and 120 min reperfusion of coronary artery with sufentanil pretreatment;After 120 min reperfusion, 2 ml blood withdraw from abdominal aorta . CK-MB and LDH levels were tested;Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the morphological changes of myocardial cell.Results Four groups of HR has no statistically significant difference in the male rat(P>0.05) ,I/R group with S+IR group compared with myocardial enzyme (CK-MB values) fell to 1577.6 U/L from 2538.9 U/L and the differences reached significant level (P<0.05). Conclusions Sufentanil in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury of myocardial protection.
