基于多维视角分析城镇化背景下失地农民可能面临的健康风险及其形成机制,在此基础上采用规范的健康量表法( SRHMS)对福建漳州484个农户数据进行实证研究。结果表明:城镇化转型过程中,失地农民群体的健康状况呈现显著分化态势,受多种因素影响,一部分弱势农民面临着生理、心理到社会适应等不同层面健康风险冲击。应用分位数回归模型研究发现:人力资本短缺及由此导致的就业等发展能力不足是失地农民健康风险形成的内在根源,而医疗保障水平对健康风险程度具有直接而又显著的影响;此外,当前少数地区在征地用途、征地补偿等方面的政策偏差也不利于失地农民健康风险的化解。

Based on the multi?dimensional perspective,this paper analyzes health risks that land?lost farm?ers may face and its formation mechanism under urbanization.Then it does an empirical research on the data of 484 land?lost farmers in Zhangzhou,Fujian using self?rated health measurement scale(SRHMS).It shows that apparent differentiation exists in land?lost farmers’ health conditions in the process of urbanization,and some land?lost farmers face multiple health risks from dimensions of physical,psychological and social adaptability influenced by many factors.Moreover,it is found by using Quantile Regression model that the shortage of hu?man capital is the internal cause of land?lost farmers’ health risks,on which medical insurance level has a di?rect and significant impact. In addition, policy deviations in such aspects as land?use and land expropriation compensation will play a negative role in dissolving land?lost farmers’ health risks.
