随着矿井开采深度的增加,矿山压力不断增大,尤其是地质情况复杂(如断层、破碎带、走向坡度大、倾角大、节理发育等),给掘进工作带来了很多困难,严重制约着官地矿掘进施工速度。以官地煤矿北四新区33413工作面正巷皮带头顶板破碎大断面半煤岩巷施工为实例,通过优化施工工艺和巷道支护方式,有效控制了顶板,提高了掘进施工速度和作业安全系数,为类似地质条件下巷道快速掘进施工提供了依据和经验。

With the mining deepening, the mining pressure increases. The complex geological conditions (e.g. faults, broken areas, deep slope, large dip angle, and joints) bring many problems which seriously restrict the driving construction speed in Guandi Mine. Taking an example of a half-coal-half-rock roadway with broken roof and large section on No.33413 working face of Guandi Mine, the construction techniques and supporting methods were optimized to control the roofs and improve construction speed and safety factor, which could provide a basis for fast driving in the similar geological conditions.
