从中药材姜黄中提取主要成分姜黄素的提取工艺及最优实验条件的研究,选择回流提取法及超声波提取法进行比较,得出最优提取方案。采用乙醇加热回流法、超声波提取法进行四因素三水平正交实验。结果显示提取条件为浓度65%乙醇,提取两次,药材倍数为5—10倍,提取时间2小时;超声功率40W,温度控制在室温,料液比1:15,提取时间45min,采用75%的甲醇作为溶剂时,姜黄素提取率较高。因此适宜的提取条件可提高姜黄素的提取量,简化实验操作,节省物料。

This article studies the extraction technology of curcumin in curcuma and the optimal experimental conditions. The refluxing extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method are compared to get the optimal extracting solution. It adopts ethanol heating reflux method and ultrasonic extraction method for four factors three levels orthogonal experiment. Results show that the extraction conditions are:concentration 65% ethanol, twice extraction, medicinal herbs multiples of 5 to 10 times, extracting time: 2 hours. 40W ultrasonic power, room temperature, solid-liquid ratio 1:15, extracting time: 45 min. When using 75% methanol as solvent, the curcumin extraction rate is higher. Therefore suitable extracting conditions can increase the extraction of curcumin, simplify the experimental operation and save material.
