目的：探讨大株红景天联合乌司他丁辅助治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法选择2013年6月—2014年6月在郑州大学第二附属医院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者140例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各70例。观察组给予大株红景天联合乌司他丁治疗，对照组给予乌司他丁治疗，比较两组主要心血管事件发生率及疗效。结果观察组患者主要心血管事件发生率低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论大株红景天联合乌司他丁辅助治疗急性心肌梗死是有效、安全的。
목적：탐토대주홍경천연합오사타정보조치료급성심기경사적료효。방법선택2013년6월—2014년6월재정주대학제이부속의원취진적급성심기경사환자140례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각70례。관찰조급여대주홍경천연합오사타정치료，대조조급여오사타정치료，비교량조주요심혈관사건발생솔급료효。결과관찰조환자주요심혈관사건발생솔저우대조조，총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론대주홍경천연합오사타정보조치료급성심기경사시유효、안전적。
Objective To study the effect of rhodiola combined with ulinastatin in adjuvant therapy of acute myocardi-al infarction. Methods In the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2013 to June 2014,a total of 140 acute myocardial infarction patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group. Observation group were treated with rhodiola combined with ulinastatin,control group were treated with ulinastatin, major cardiovascular events rate and effect between the two groups were compared. Results The major cardiovascular events rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,total effective rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of rhodiola combined with ulinastatin is sure and safe in adjuvant therapy of acute myocardial infarction.
