目的：探讨聚焦解决模式护理干预对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者康复的影响。方法：将100例精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例，对照组给予常规抗精神药物治疗和护理干预，研究组则在此基础上实施聚焦解决模式护理干预。结果：护理后，研究组糖尿病自护行为评分及对相关知识的掌握情况优于对照组（P＜0．05），精神症状改善情况也优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者进行聚焦解决模式的护理干预，可增强患者的治疗依从性，提高糖尿病的自护行为能力，从而延缓了糖尿病并发症的发生和发展。
목적：탐토취초해결모식호리간예대정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자강복적영향。방법：장100례정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각50례，대조조급여상규항정신약물치료화호리간예，연구조칙재차기출상실시취초해결모식호리간예。결과：호리후，연구조당뇨병자호행위평분급대상관지식적장악정황우우대조조（P＜0．05），정신증상개선정황야우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：대정신분렬증합병당뇨병환자진행취초해결모식적호리간예，가증강환자적치료의종성，제고당뇨병적자호행위능력，종이연완료당뇨병병발증적발생화발전。
Objective:To explore the effect of solution-orientation nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(50 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received conventional antipsychotic treatment and nursing intervention;the solution-orientation nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the study group.Results:The scores of patient's self-care behavior and awareness of the diabetes-related knowledge were higher and better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05);alleviation of the mental symptoms of the patients was better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The solution-orientation nursing intervention for the patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes can enhance the treatment com-pliance of the patients and improve their self-care behavior.
