目的：探讨优质护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法：将86例慢性心力衰竭患者以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组采用优质护理，对照组采用常规护理。对比两组在护理前后3个月内的治疗依从性及生命质量（QOL）变化情况。结果：观察组完全依从显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），不能依从显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗后观察组在社会活动、抑郁心理、日常生活能力、QOL总分等低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：优质护理干预可提高慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量、患者的依从性。
목적：탐토우질호리간예대만성심력쇠갈환자생활질량적영향。방법：장86례만성심력쇠갈환자이수자법수궤분위관찰조화대조조각43례。관찰조채용우질호리，대조조채용상규호리。대비량조재호리전후3개월내적치료의종성급생명질량（QOL）변화정황。결과：관찰조완전의종현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），불능의종현저저우대조조（P＜0.01）。치료후관찰조재사회활동、억욱심리、일상생활능력、QOL총분등저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：우질호리간예가제고만성심력쇠갈환자생활질량、환자적의종성。
Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:86 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(43 cases in each group).The high-quality nursing service was adopted in the observation group and the routine nursing care was implemented in the con-trol group.The change of the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients was compared between the two groups within 3 months before and after nursing care.Results:The full-compliance of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);noncompliance was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of patient's social activities,depression,ADL and QOL were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion:The high-quality nursing intervention can improve the compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
