設計瞭一種能夠全自動炸油條的裝置,研究瞭適閤于機械輥壓的麵胚麵性,通過一繫列試驗找到瞭適閤的配比方案,併且應用瞭機械手拉伸技術、油水分離技術,最終該裝置能夠自動地完成油條成型、炸製、撈取等複雜的替代人工的油條炸製工作。

A kind of automatic fried dough sticks machine is designed. The dough suitable for mechanical roller is studied, and the suitable proportion is found through a series of tests. The mechanical drawing technology and oil-water separation technology are applied. Finally the device can automatically complete the twisted dough-strips forming, frying, and gaining, thus replacing human labor.
