目的:观察和分析微创经皮椎弓根系统内固定联合椎体成形Quadrant通道减压技术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月—2014年2月间我院收治的胸腰椎段骨折患者采用两种手术方案,微创组行微创经皮椎弓根系统内固定联合Quadrant通道减压、伤椎椎体成形技术进行治疗,开放组行传统后路切开复位减压植骨内固定术;观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:微创组患者末次随访时的功能恢复优良率为(97.5%),明显高于对照组患者的优良率(82.5%),(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:对胸腰椎骨折患者采用经皮微创内固定联合椎体成形术Quadrant通道减压进行治疗具有良好的疗效,创伤小且安全性高,值得临床推广。

목적:관찰화분석미창경피추궁근계통내고정연합추체성형Quadrant통도감압기술치료흉요추골절림상료효。방법:선취2012년2월—2014년2월간아원수치적흉요추단골절환자채용량충수술방안,미창조행미창경피추궁근계통내고정연합Quadrant통도감압、상추추체성형기술진행치료,개방조행전통후로절개복위감압식골내고정술;관찰화비교량조환자적치료효과。결과:미창조환자말차수방시적공능회복우량솔위(97.5%),명현고우대조조환자적우량솔(82.5%),(P<0.05)차이구유통계학의의。결론:대흉요추골절환자채용경피미창내고정연합추체성형술Quadrant통도감압진행치료구유량호적료효,창상소차안전성고,치득림상추엄。
Objective Observation and analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty Quadrant clinical curative effect of decompression technique in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The patients with two kinds of operation for fracture of thoracic and lumbar segments from 2012 February~2014 year in February in our hospital, the minimally invasive group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation combined with Quadrant decompression, vertebral forming technique treatment, open group underwent conventional posterior open reduction decompression bone grafting and internal fixation were observed and compared;two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results Patients in minimally invasive group at the time of the last follow-up function recovery rate was (97.5%), significantly higher than that in the control group with excellent and good rate (82.5%) (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The fracture of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae were treated by percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty Quadrant decompression treatment has good curative effect, small trauma and high safety, is worthy of clinical promotion.
