基于1009份鄱阳湖区农户调查数据，运用多元有序Logit模型实证分析权益保障和村干部特征对农户退耕还湿意愿的影响。结果表明：权益保障对农户退耕还湿意愿有显著促进作用。在村干部特征变量中，村主任年龄、文化程度对农户退耕还湿意愿有显著负影响；种植大户的村支书会提高农户参与退耕还湿的积极性；作为姓氏大户的村干部在一定程度上更易号召农户参与退耕还湿。

Based on survey data of 1 009 farmers in Poyang Lake and with the help of multivariate ordered Logit model,the paper empirically analyzes the impact of rights and interests protection and village cadres fea?tures on farmers’willingness to restore wetland.The results show that rights and interests protection plays a sig?nificant role in promoting farmers’willingness to restore wetland.Among the village cadres feature variables,age and education have a significant negative impact in this regard;if the party secretary happens to be a leading farmer,he or she can raise farmers’enthusiasm to participate in wetland restoration.However,if the village di?rector happens to the leading farmer,he or she may reduce farmers’willingness.In addition,village cadres from big extended families are more likely to attract farmers to participate in wetland restoration.
