大采高综采工作面机械化程度高、开采强度大,在煤层开采过程中片帮垮落较严重,采煤工作面配风量大,风速较高,工作面粉尘扩散严重。为从根本上解决大采高工作面的粉尘,长平煤矿采用了大采高工作面长钻孔高压脉动注水技术。根据井下现场实际条件对高压脉动注水方式进行了试验与研究,最终选择适合长平矿厚煤层大采高工作面的煤层注水方式。
大採高綜採工作麵機械化程度高、開採彊度大,在煤層開採過程中片幫垮落較嚴重,採煤工作麵配風量大,風速較高,工作麵粉塵擴散嚴重。為從根本上解決大採高工作麵的粉塵,長平煤礦採用瞭大採高工作麵長鑽孔高壓脈動註水技術。根據井下現場實際條件對高壓脈動註水方式進行瞭試驗與研究,最終選擇適閤長平礦厚煤層大採高工作麵的煤層註水方式。

High mechanized degree and mining intensity of large-mining-height working face cause serious rib spalling and caving, large ventilation distribution quantity, high air speed, and severe coal dust diffusion. To control the dust, high-pressure pulsating water injection with long drilling technology was used in Changping mine. According to the field condition in the mine, the high-pressure pulsating water injection experiment was conducted. Finally, a suitable water injection method was chosen for the large-mining-height mining on thick seam in Changping mine.
