目的：探讨全程护理干预在耐多药肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法：选取收治的耐多药肺结核患者130例，根据护理方式分为观察组和对照组各65例，两组均采用电子气管镜介入治疗，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取全程护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组治疗依从性、生活质量明显好于对照组（ P<0.05），并发症发生率低于对照组（ P<0.05），第6、9、12个月的痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：在电子气管镜介入治疗耐多药肺结核过程中采取全程护理干预，可促进介入治疗顺利实施，提高治疗依从性，提升患者生命质量。
목적：탐토전정호리간예재내다약폐결핵환자중적응용효과。방법：선취수치적내다약폐결핵환자130례，근거호리방식분위관찰조화대조조각65례，량조균채용전자기관경개입치료，대조조채취상규호리，관찰조채취전정호리간예，대비량조호리효과。결과：관찰조치료의종성、생활질량명현호우대조조（ P<0.05），병발증발생솔저우대조조（ P<0.05），제6、9、12개월적담균음전솔、병조흡수솔고우대조조（ P<0.05）。결론：재전자기관경개입치료내다약폐결핵과정중채취전정호리간예，가촉진개입치료순리실시，제고치료의종성，제승환자생명질량。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant ( MDR)pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:130 selected patients with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis divided into the observation group and the control group(65 cases in each group)according to the nursing model. The patients in both groups were treated with interventional therapy with electronic bronchoscope. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided the whole nursing intervention,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment compli-ance and quality of life of the patients was significantly better in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05);the sputum negative conversion rate and lesion ab-sorption rate in 6th,9th and 12th month were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The whole course nursing intervention can ensure the smooth implementation of the therapy and significantly improve patientˊs treatment compliance and life quality in the treatment of patients with MDR pulmonary tuberculosis by using interventional therapy with electronic bronchoscope.
