为探讨涂附磨具柔韧性对磨削性能的影响规律,制备了砂布、砂纸、海绵砂3种具有不同柔韧性的磨具,通过实际磨削实验对比它们的磨削能力和磨削面的粗糙度。结果显示:随着磨具的柔韧性增加,其磨削能力降低,磨削面的粗糙度值变小;而对于相同的磨削面粗糙度,柔韧性好的海绵砂具有比砂纸更高的磨削能力。
為探討塗附磨具柔韌性對磨削性能的影響規律,製備瞭砂佈、砂紙、海綿砂3種具有不同柔韌性的磨具,通過實際磨削實驗對比它們的磨削能力和磨削麵的粗糙度。結果顯示:隨著磨具的柔韌性增加,其磨削能力降低,磨削麵的粗糙度值變小;而對于相同的磨削麵粗糙度,柔韌性好的海綿砂具有比砂紙更高的磨削能力。

Three kinds of coated abrasives,namely abrasive cloth,abrasive paper and sanding sponge, were prepared in order to find out the influence of abrasive flexibility on their grinding performance?Experiments were conducted to contrast their grinding performance and the surface roughness of workpiece ground by each?Results showed that more flexible abrasives generally had poor grinding performance with lower R a value of ground surface,and that the sanding sponge had much more powerful grinding performance than abrasive paper at the same roughness to the grinding surface.
