测定酚醛树脂在允许使用范围内的含水量的变化,进而测定在固定配方和成型工艺的条件下,使用不同含水量的酚醛树脂生产的切割砂轮的洛氏硬度和抗折强度的变化,得出切割砂轮的洛氏硬度和抗折强度随酚醛树脂含水量变化的规律。实验结果表明:(1)当酚醛树脂含水量>3%时,其硬度和抗折强度明显下降,不宜在正常生产中使用。(2)当酚醛树脂含水量<3%,而树脂粉特定配方的抗折强度值或洛氏硬度值分别小于392 N、HRB 30时,酚醛树脂在此种情况下不应正常生产使用。(3)酚醛树脂保存超过3个月,应该检测含水量及测定抗折强度和洛氏硬度,判定后确定能否用于生产。

측정분철수지재윤허사용범위내적함수량적변화,진이측정재고정배방화성형공예적조건하,사용불동함수량적분철수지생산적절할사륜적락씨경도화항절강도적변화,득출절할사륜적락씨경도화항절강도수분철수지함수량변화적규률。실험결과표명:(1)당분철수지함수량>3%시,기경도화항절강도명현하강,불의재정상생산중사용。(2)당분철수지함수량<3%,이수지분특정배방적항절강도치혹락씨경도치분별소우392 N、HRB 30시,분철수지재차충정황하불응정상생산사용。(3)분철수지보존초과3개월,응해검측함수량급측정항절강도화락씨경도,판정후학정능부용우생산。
The change for moisture content of bakelite in the allowing use range was measured,and then the change for Rockwell hardness and flexural strength of the cutting wheel molding material using different moisture content bakelite,was also determined in the production of a fixed formula and moulding process?We tracked and researched the influence of molding material character with moisture content of bakelite?Finally,the change regulation with moisture content of bakelite,between the flexural strength and Rockwell hardness,was concluded?The research results show that:(1)the bakelite should not be used in production,when moisture content was higher than 3% because the flexural strength and Rockwell hardness decreased significantly;(2)when the bakelite moisture content was less than 3%,and the flexural strength or Rockwell hardness was less than 392 N,HRB 30 respectively,bakelite should not be used in production as well;(3)when bakelite were stored for more than three months,moisture content,Rockwell hardness and flexural strength of bakelite should be measured again to judge whether the bakelite could be used in production.
