本文针对作者所在企业在工业窑炉及锅炉烟气喷淋洗涤式脱硫塔的设计与应用过程中,由于洗涤液雾化效果不好、喷雾不均匀,造成脱硫效果差以及喷嘴容易堵塞、烟气洗涤脱硫后脱水效果不理想等问题,提出一种改善洗涤液雾化效果和喷嘴流道;改进常规旋流板脱水器结构,增大烟气旋流直径,脱硫效率高,喷嘴堵塞概率低,洗涤后烟气脱水效果比较好的高效脱硫装置的设计。应用结果表明,该脱硫塔能够达到提高脱硫率和脱水率的目的。
本文針對作者所在企業在工業窯爐及鍋爐煙氣噴淋洗滌式脫硫塔的設計與應用過程中,由于洗滌液霧化效果不好、噴霧不均勻,造成脫硫效果差以及噴嘴容易堵塞、煙氣洗滌脫硫後脫水效果不理想等問題,提齣一種改善洗滌液霧化效果和噴嘴流道;改進常規鏇流闆脫水器結構,增大煙氣鏇流直徑,脫硫效率高,噴嘴堵塞概率低,洗滌後煙氣脫水效果比較好的高效脫硫裝置的設計。應用結果錶明,該脫硫塔能夠達到提高脫硫率和脫水率的目的。

In the design and application of the industrial kiln and boiler flue gas spray washing type desulfurization tower, the washing liquid atomization effect is bad and the spraying is uneven, causing poor desulfurization effect, nozzle jam and not ideal dehydration effect after Washing desulfurization of flue gas. This article puts forward the design of an efficient desulfurization device which has improved the washing liquid atomization effect and the nozzle flow; improved the structure of conventional cyclone plate dehydrator and increased smoke flow cyclone diameter, so the desulfurization efficiency is high, nozzle blocking probability is low, flue gas dehydration effect is better. The application results show that the desulfurization tower can achieve the goal of improving the desulfurization rate and dehydration rate.
