慢性肾脏疾病（ CKD）与心血管疾病有非常密切的关联性。 CKD 3期以上患者死于心血管疾病的风险高于死于肾衰竭的风险。心房颤动（房颤）是 CKD患者较为常见的并发症，其发生率是普通人群的2～3倍。而10％～15％的房颤患者患有CKD。目前研究认为，不是所有控制心率和节律的治疗措施均适用于CKD的房颤患者。此外，对CKD房颤患者是否给予抗凝治疗以及如何给予抗凝治疗也是十分棘手的问题。该文就CKD并发房颤的治疗予以综述。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) has a very closed link with cardiovascular disease.The risk of cardiovascular disease caused death of patients with CKD stage 3 or higher is higher than renal failure caused death.Atrial fibrillation(AF) is particularly common in patients with CKD,the incidence of which is up to 2 to 3 times higher than in the general population.Of all patients with AF,10% to 15% will have CKD.How-ever,not all standard rate and rhythm methods are suitable for this population.Meanwhile,anticoagulation has long been a thorny subject,with much conflicting evidence around the balance between bleeding and stroke risk.Here is to make a review of the treatment for CKD complicated with AF .
