1，6-二磷酸果糖（FDP）是细胞内糖酵解过程中产生的重要中间代谢产物，通过调节糖代谢过程中若干酶的活性产生药理作用，具有稳定细胞膜、维持细胞能量代谢的稳定性、抗氧化、抗凋亡等作用。外源性FDP作为药物，广泛应用于多种心血管疾病的治疗。大量研究证实，在多种原因导致的心脏缺血、缺氧及损伤的保护中具有重要辅助作用。外源性FDP不良反应小，配伍禁忌少，应用简便，有极大的临床应用前景。

Fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP,also called fructose-1,6-bisphosphate),is an important intermediate metabolite produced in the process of intracellular glycolysis .It generates pharmacological actions by regulating activities of several enzymes in the process of glucose metabolism .FDP has the function of stabilizing cell membrane,keeping the stability of intracellular energy metabolism,as well as anty-oxidize, anti-apoptosis and so on.Exogenous FDP can be widely applied in the treatment for various cardiovascular dis-eases as a drug.A lot of studies have revealed that FDP has significant auxiliary effects in protecting cardiac system during hypoxia,ischemia and injuries caused by various reasons.Exogenous FDP has low toxicity and incompatibility,and is simple and convenient to apply, therefore, it has extensive perspective in clinical practice.
