中国社会老龄化倾向越来越明显，养老院的数量明显不足，大多数老人不得不居家养老，居家养老模式依然是目前中国养老的主要模式。但现存的大量老旧小区在建设时并没有注重老人居家养老问题，多数小区不能适合老年人居家养老的需求，进行适老化改造成为当前城市老旧小区改造的重要方向。本文从小区的设备设施、信息化改造、社区服务等方面，提出了老旧小区适老化改造的路径和方法。

Aging trend in China and has become more obvious, but the number of nursing homes is obviously insufficient, so the majority of the elderly have to get home care, so home care mode is still the main mode of pension at present in China. But a large number of old communities did not pay attention to the problems of the elderly home care, most communities are not suitable for the elderly home care, so the suitable aging transformation has become an important direction of the current transformation of the old communities of the city. In this paper, from the facilities, informatization transformation and community service, the author puts forward the path and method of adaptive aging reform for the old communities.
