树突状细胞（ DC）是人体内一种专门承担抗原呈递功能的细胞，具备摄取并加工抗原的作用。高水平表达主要组织相容性复合物分子、共刺激分子、黏附分子和分泌高水平的细胞因子，有效激发T细胞免疫。 DC是目前已知体内功能最强的抗原呈递细胞，在肝脏疾病的发生、发展中起着非常重要的作用。该文就DC的生物学特性、培养扩增、作用机制和DC免疫治疗原发性肝癌的新动态予以综述。

Dendritic cell(DC) is a kind of antigen-presenting cells in human body.It uptakes and deliv-ers antigen.High-level expression of major histocompatibility complex molecules,costimulatory molecules, adhesion molecules and high-level secretion of cytokines can stimulate T cell immunity.DC has been known as the most powerful antigen-presenting cell in human body,it plays an important role in the incidence and development of liver diseases.Here is to make a review of the latest research progress on DC,include the biological characteristics, culturing, mechanism of action, and the DC immunotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.
