分别选择以聚乳酸、聚ε?己内酯、聚碳酸亚丙酯、聚己二酸乙二酯和聚四氢呋喃二元醇为原料合成的聚氨酯弹性体材料为对象,探索其在常用有机溶剂中的溶解性以及在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中的水解情况。结果表明,这5类聚氨酯在不同pH缓冲溶液中的水解表现不同,16周内的质量损失为6%~14%;同等条件下,聚氨酯在pH=8?4的缓冲溶液中水解程度最高,在pH=6?4缓冲溶液中次之,在pH=7?4的缓冲溶液中最弱。
分彆選擇以聚乳痠、聚ε?己內酯、聚碳痠亞丙酯、聚己二痠乙二酯和聚四氫呋喃二元醇為原料閤成的聚氨酯彈性體材料為對象,探索其在常用有機溶劑中的溶解性以及在燐痠鹽緩遲溶液(PBS)中的水解情況。結果錶明,這5類聚氨酯在不同pH緩遲溶液中的水解錶現不同,16週內的質量損失為6%~14%;同等條件下,聚氨酯在pH=8?4的緩遲溶液中水解程度最高,在pH=6?4緩遲溶液中次之,在pH=7?4的緩遲溶液中最弱。

Choosing the degradable polyurethane materials as objects, which were synthesized from polylactic acid, poly ε?caprolactone,polypropylene carbonate, polyadipate terephthalate and polytetrahydrofuran diol as raw materials respectively, their solubility in common organic solvents and hydrolysis in phosphate buffer solutions ( PBS ) were researched. The results showed that the five polyurethane materials had different hydrolysis performance in the PBS with the different pH values. The weight loss of these materials polyurethane ranged from 6% to 14% in 16 weeks. Under the same conditions, the polyurethanes in PBS with pH 8?4 had the highest hydrol?ysis degree, then the material in PBS with pH 6?4 followed. The polyurethane material in PBS with pH 7?4 had the lowest hydrolysis degree.
