以丙二醇和甘油为混合起始剂，合成了一种新型汽车密封胶用聚醚多元醇，并与二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯反应合成了聚氨酯预聚体密封胶，探讨了催化剂、温度等因素对聚醚多元醇及预聚体的影响。结果表明，此聚醚多元醇反应活性比传统三官能度聚醚更稳定，降低了预聚体的聚釜风险，并提高制品的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
以丙二醇和甘油為混閤起始劑，閤成瞭一種新型汽車密封膠用聚醚多元醇，併與二苯基甲烷二異氰痠酯反應閤成瞭聚氨酯預聚體密封膠，探討瞭催化劑、溫度等因素對聚醚多元醇及預聚體的影響。結果錶明，此聚醚多元醇反應活性比傳統三官能度聚醚更穩定，降低瞭預聚體的聚釜風險，併提高製品的拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率。

A novel polyether polyol for automobile sealant was synthesized using propylene glycol and glycerol mixture as initiator. The prepolymer for sealant were prepared by using this polyether polyol reacted with diphenyl?methane diisocyanate. The influence of catalyst and temperature on the novel polyether polyol and its prepolymer was discussed. The results showed that the polyol was more stable than the conventional trifunctional polyether, the risk of prepolymer gelation in the reactor was reduced, the tensile strength and elongation at break of products were improved.
