目的：探讨负压封闭引流（ VSD）术在深度烧伤创面中的应用观察及护理。方法：对36例深度烧伤病人的创面及植皮区创面应用负压封闭引流术治疗。结果：18例深度烧伤行切削痂自体皮片移植术后应用VSD，皮片成活良好。8例感染创面清创后采用VSD技术作创面准备，行皮片移植修复。10例爆震烧伤应用VSD，腔隙内异物及渗出液引流彻底，创面自行愈合。结论：VSD负压引流术，能够彻底去除腔隙或创面的分泌物和坏死组织，有助于改善创面微循环，减轻组织水肿，抑制细菌数量，促进肉芽组织和创面生长，是一种封闭创面，促进愈合的安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To explore the nursing of deep burn wounds with VSD.Methods: VSD was applied on the wound and skin grafting wounds of 36 patients with deep burn.Results:VSD was applied to 18 cases of deep burn patients after escharectomy and skin autograft, and skin grafts survived well.VSD was applied to 8 cases of infected wounds after debridement and then skin grafting was em-ployed.VSD was applied to 10 cases of patients with explosion burns, then lacunar foreign bodies and exudates were drained completely, and the wounds healed.Conclusion:VSD could completely remove the lacunar secretions and wound necrotic tissues, contribute to the improvement of wound microcirculation, reduce edema, inhibit bacteria, and promote the growth of granulation tissue and wounds.It might be a safe and effective method for sealing the wound and promoting healing.
