骨性关节炎是一种以关节软骨进行性退行性变为特征的软骨病变，最终导致关节不可逆功能障碍。应用骨髓间充质干细胞体外诱导分化成有活性的软骨细胞，通过复合支架材料移植到软骨缺损区，是治疗骨性关节炎的一种微创和有效的治疗方式，作为骨组织工程领域研究重点，目前主要研究的方向包括细胞因子、信号间的传导通路、物理影响因素及支架材料的构建等方面。

Osteoarthritis is a kind of a cartilage diseased featured with progressive joint articular carti-lage degeneration, involving not only the joint lining but also cartilage, ligaments, and bone, eventually leading to irreversible dysfunction.Applying the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to induce active car-tilage cells in vitro,and transplanting the harvest to the cartilage defect area with composite scaffold material is a minimally-invasive and effective treatment of osteoarthritis.As a key point in cartilage tissue engineer-ing,the main directions include cytokines,signal pathways,physical factors and scaffold materials etc.
