目的：评价“头脑风暴法”健康宣教对慢性乙肝患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法：将112例慢性乙肝患者按随机数字表法分为观察组（头脑风暴法宣教组）和对照组（常规宣教组），每组各56例。采用自我管理量表（ PIH）及简明健康状况量表（ SF－36）对2组患者自我管理能力和生活质量进行评价。结果：观察组在自我监测、疾病知识掌握及核心管理能力均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组在生活质量方面，亦有显著差异（P＜0．05）。结论：“头脑风暴法”健康宣教能提高慢性乙肝患者自我管理能力，改善患者的生活质量，效果优于常规宣教。
목적：평개“두뇌풍폭법”건강선교대만성을간환자자아관리능력급생활질량적영향。방법：장112례만성을간환자안수궤수자표법분위관찰조（두뇌풍폭법선교조）화대조조（상규선교조），매조각56례。채용자아관리량표（ PIH）급간명건강상황량표（ SF－36）대2조환자자아관리능력화생활질량진행평개。결과：관찰조재자아감측、질병지식장악급핵심관리능력균우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；2조재생활질량방면，역유현저차이（P＜0．05）。결론：“두뇌풍폭법”건강선교능제고만성을간환자자아관리능력，개선환자적생활질량，효과우우상규선교。
Objective:To assessthe influence to CHB patients′self-management ability and quality of life by health education with brainstorm.Methods:112CHB patients were confirmed were split into 2 groups randomly, 56 cases in each group, and the control group was done with general health education method and the experimental group was done with health education with brainstorm.Influence eval-uation of self-management ability was made by PIH and qualify of life was evaluated by SF-36.Results:Forself-management ability comparison, there were statistically differences in two groups (P<0.05), for quality of life, there were statistically differences in two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education with brainstorm might be very helpful to improve self-management ability and qualify of life of CHB patients, better than general way.
