目的：观察中药熏蒸结合作业疗法对脑卒中患者偏瘫后肩痛的疗效。方法：将82例偏瘫后肩痛患者随机分为A、B、C 3组，在常规药物治疗的基础上，A组采用中药熏蒸治疗，B组采用作业疗法康复治疗，C组采用中药熏蒸结合作业疗法综合治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗2个月后以Visual Analogue Scale （ VAS）评分、Fugl～Meyer评分对疼痛、上肢运动功能进行评定。结果：经治疗2个月后，3组治疗后VAS评分及Fugl～Meyer评分均较治疗前明显改善（均P＜0．05）， C组疗效更优于A、B组（均P＜0．05）。结论：中药熏蒸与作业疗法结合起来，能减轻患者脑卒中偏瘫后肩痛，增加患侧上肢运动能力。
목적：관찰중약훈증결합작업요법대뇌졸중환자편탄후견통적료효。방법：장82례편탄후견통환자수궤분위A、B、C 3조，재상규약물치료적기출상，A조채용중약훈증치료，B조채용작업요법강복치료，C조채용중약훈증결합작업요법종합치료。분별재치료전급치료2개월후이Visual Analogue Scale （ VAS）평분、Fugl～Meyer평분대동통、상지운동공능진행평정。결과：경치료2개월후，3조치료후VAS평분급Fugl～Meyer평분균교치료전명현개선（균P＜0．05）， C조료효경우우A、B조（균P＜0．05）。결론：중약훈증여작업요법결합기래，능감경환자뇌졸중편탄후견통，증가환측상지운동능력。
Objective:To observe the Curative effects of Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with occupational therapy on shoulder pain in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:82 hemiplegic patients with shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divid-ed into A, B, C three groups.On the basis of routine therapy, patients in group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumiga-tion.Patients in group B were treated with occupational therapy.Patients in group C were treated with comprehensive treatment of tradi-tional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with occupational therapy.All patients were assesed with VAS score and Fugl -Meye score on pain and upper limb movement function before and 2 months after treatment.Results:2 months after treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale ( VAS) scores and Fugl -Meyer scores among the three groups were obviously improved before treatment than after treatment ( P <0.05).Especially, the curative effect in group C was better than that of group A and group B (P <0.05).C onclusion:Chinese medi-cine fumigation combined with occupational therapy could reduce shoulder pain on hemiplegic patients after stroke, and increase the move-ment ability of affected upper limb.
