高职院校举办技能比赛具有以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改、以赛促建、以赛促合的意义，为此，高职院校可以从技能竞赛常态化、比赛过程公开化、加强赛后总结几方面提高技能竞赛水平，不断加强高职院校的内涵建设。

고직원교거판기능비새구유이새촉교、이새촉학、이새촉개、이새촉건、이새촉합적의의，위차，고직원교가이종기능경새상태화、비새과정공개화、가강새후총결궤방면제고기능경새수평，불단가강고직원교적내함건설。
Through holding skills competition,higher vocational college can promote teaching,promote learning,promote refor-ming,promote building,promote cooperation,therefore,higher vocational colleges should normalize skills competition,keep competition open,summarize the competition after its over to improve skills competition level and strengthen inner construction of higher vocational colleges themselves.
