目的:探讨对氧磷酶1(PON-1)基因多态性与急性有机磷中毒患者病情的影响。方法140例急性有机磷中毒患者,经PCR检测基因多态性并分为3组,对比3种基因型患者的血清胆碱酯酶活性、对氧磷酶活性、呼吸衰竭发生率、住院时间。结果在急性有机磷中毒的患者中, PON-1基因型为Q/Q患者呼吸衰竭的发生率比Q/R及R/R型高;PON-1基因型为Q/Q患者的血清胆碱酯酶和PON-1活性比Q/R及R/R型低,住院时间也较Q/R及R/R型长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PON-1的基因多态性通过影响PON-1的活性,影响急性有机磷中毒患者对毒物的降解,从而影响到患者的病情。可以通过检测PON-1的基因多态性及PON-1的活性来判断患者病情和预后。

목적:탐토대양린매1(PON-1)기인다태성여급성유궤린중독환자병정적영향。방법140례급성유궤린중독환자,경PCR검측기인다태성병분위3조,대비3충기인형환자적혈청담감지매활성、대양린매활성、호흡쇠갈발생솔、주원시간。결과재급성유궤린중독적환자중, PON-1기인형위Q/Q환자호흡쇠갈적발생솔비Q/R급R/R형고;PON-1기인형위Q/Q환자적혈청담감지매화PON-1활성비Q/R급R/R형저,주원시간야교Q/R급R/R형장,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 PON-1적기인다태성통과영향PON-1적활성,영향급성유궤린중독환자대독물적강해,종이영향도환자적병정。가이통과검측PON-1적기인다태성급PON-1적활성래판단환자병정화예후。
Objective To investigate the effect of paraoxonase 1 ( PON-1) gene polymorphism on the prognosis in patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning .Methods A total of 140 cases of acute organic phosphorus poison-ing treated were study and divided into 3 groups according to gene polymorphism of PON -1 using PCR.The serum cho-linesterase activity , paraoxonase activity , respiratory failure rate and hospital stay were compared .Results In the pa-tients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning , the incidence of respiratory failure was significantly higher in patients with Q/Q genotype than those of Q/R and R/R types;with significantly lower activity of PON -1 and serum cholinesterase and longer hospital stay (P<0.05).Conclusion The PON-1 gene polymorphism affects the condition of patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning by influencing the activity of PON -1, thus affecting toxic degradation .The gene polymor-phism detection of PON-1 and the activity of PON-1 can be used to judge the severity and prognosis of patients .
