“落实好对经济困难学生的资助工作，组织好高校学生的勤工助学，积极帮助困难学生完成学业”[1]是辅导员的基本职责之一，然而在实际工作中，既要公平透明，资助准确又要保护隐私，考虑影响，既要物质帮扶，安稳生活又需心灵指导，精神自强，因此辅导员在“贫困资格”认定的组织工作和在育人助心的思想引导中存在两难处境，再加上当代社会苦难教育缺失、世俗化评价标准泛滥，使得资助理念的转变更加困难。
