目的：观察前列地尔治疗急性缺血性肠病的临床疗效。方法：选取80例缺血性肠病患者，随机方法分组。对照组患者接受常规综合治疗，试验组患者在此基础上接受前列地尔治疗。对比分析两组患者临床疗效和不良反应的差异性。结果：经过治疗后试验组总有效率明显高于对照组，经卡方检验分析发现组间差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率经χ2检验分析发现无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。结论：采用前列地尔辅助治疗急性缺血性肠病，可有效提高治疗效果，且不会增加不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰전렬지이치료급성결혈성장병적림상료효。방법：선취80례결혈성장병환자，수궤방법분조。대조조환자접수상규종합치료，시험조환자재차기출상접수전렬지이치료。대비분석량조환자림상료효화불량반응적차이성。결과：경과치료후시험조총유효솔명현고우대조조，경잡방검험분석발현조간차이유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。량조치료기간불량반응발생솔경χ2검험분석발현무통계학의의（ P﹥0.05）。결론：채용전렬지이보조치료급성결혈성장병，가유효제고치료효과，차불회증가불량반응，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of alprostadil in the treatment of acute ischemic bowel disease. Method 80 cases of ischemic bowel disease patients were analyzed,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group re-ceived routine comprehensive treatment,the experimental group accepted alprostadil treatment on the basis of routine complehensive treat-ment. Compared the difference of the two groups in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P﹤ 0. 05). During the two groups the incidence of adverse reaction there was no statistical significance(P﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Alprostadil in treatment of patients with acute ischemic bowel disease,can effectively improve the treatment effect,without increasing adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical ap-plication.
