目的：研究经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术在精索静脉曲张治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取收治的42例静脉曲张患者的临床资料，根据数字随机分组法原则，将患者分为两组，每组各21例病例。对照组采用传统腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、擦镜次数、建立气腹时间、住院时间、BMI值、术野调整时间。结果：观察组的手术时间、擦镜次数、建立气腹时间、住院时间、术野调整时间均优于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：采用经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术对精索静脉曲张患者进行治疗，有利于缩短手术时间与建立气腹时间，减少擦镜次数，取得更好的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구경제단공복강경정색정맥고위결찰술재정색정맥곡장치료중적응용효과。방법：선취수치적42례정맥곡장환자적림상자료，근거수자수궤분조법원칙，장환자분위량조，매조각21례병례。대조조채용전통복강경수술치료，관찰조채용경제단공복강경정색정맥고위결찰술치료，비교량조환자적수술시간、찰경차수、건립기복시간、주원시간、BMI치、술야조정시간。결과：관찰조적수술시간、찰경차수、건립기복시간、주원시간、술야조정시간균우우대조조，량조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P﹤0.05）。결론：채용경제단공복강경정색정맥고위결찰술대정색정맥곡장환자진행치료，유리우축단수술시간여건립기복시간，감소찰경차수，취득경호적림상료효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic surgical spermatic vein high knot application effect in the treat-ment of varicocele. Method The clinical data of 42 patients with varicose veins was selected,according to the principle of digital random grouping,they were divided the patients into two groups,each group 21 cases. Treated the control group with traditional laparoscopic surgery, observation group with the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic treatment of spermatic vein high knot,comparison of two groups of patients with operation time,wipe mirror number,establish pneumoperitoneum time,hospitalization time,BMI,adjusting time of the operative field. Results In the observation group the number of operation time,wipe mirror,establish pneumoperitoneum time,length of hospital stay,ad-justing time of the operative field was better than that of control group and the contrast with statistical significance ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The umbilical single-arch laparoscopic surgical spermatic vein high junction treatment in patients with varicocele,is beneficial to shorten the operation time and establish pneumoperitoneum time,decrease the times of lens wiping a better clinical curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
