目的:分析探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合脑苷肌肽治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床治疗效果。方法:60例急性缺血性脑卒中住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,分别应用常规治疗加脑苷肌肽注射液和在对照组用药基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液。根据显效率对比两组的疗效。结果:两组患者一般资料无显著性差异,观察组显效率优于对照组且有显著性差异。结论:临床应用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合脑苷肌肽注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中具有较好疗效,优于单用脑苷肌肽注射液,是较好的药物组合。

목적:분석탐토단삼천궁진주사액연합뇌감기태치료급성결혈성뇌졸중적림상치료효과。방법:60례급성결혈성뇌졸중주원환자,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조30례,분별응용상규치료가뇌감기태주사액화재대조조용약기출상가용단삼천궁진주사액。근거현효솔대비량조적료효。결과:량조환자일반자료무현저성차이,관찰조현효솔우우대조조차유현저성차이。결론:림상응용단삼천궁진주사액연합뇌감기태주사액치료급성결혈성뇌졸중구유교호료효,우우단용뇌감기태주사액,시교호적약물조합。
Objective:To study therapeutic effects ofsalviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection with Brain glycosides peptide injection on pa-tients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each one.patients in control group were administered with Brain glycosides peptide injection,patients in the observation group were administered with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection and Brain glycosides peptide injection.According to the significant efficiency compared two groups of curative effect.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical value between two groups.significant efficiency of observation group is better than that of control group with significant statistical difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection with Brain glycosides peptide injection has much more therapeutic effect than the Brain glycosides peptide injection on patients with acute ischemic stroke.
