目的：是以天津保健中心近期调查的2例输入性恶性疟疾为例，阐明在天津口岸出国劳务人员中开展疟疾知识培训的必要性。方法为病例调查分析，同时收集2010-2013年期间天津口岸出国劳务人员组成情况的数据，并对其性别组成和前往国家组成进行分析。结论是随着天津口岸出国劳务人员数量的逐年增多，我们需进一步加强防治知识培训和其他行为干预工作，采取必要的措施降低劳务人员感染疟疾的风险，同时实现疟疾感染防控的社会效益和经济效益。

Purpose of this paper is to use the two cases of imported falciparum malaria in Tianjin healthcare center recently as examples to clarify the necessity of the malaria prevention training among the exit laborers at Tianjin Port. One of the methods is analysis of cases investigation and the other one is collecting the data of composition of exit laborers at Tianjin Port during 2010-2013 . And also we have analyzed the gender composition and their travel countries. The conclusion is that with the increasing of exit laborers at Tianjin Port year by year, we need to further strengthen the training of prevention and control and make other behavioral interventions. Necessary measures have to be taken to reduce the risk of malaria infection among exit laborers, at the same time, realize the social and eco-nomic benefit of the prevention and control of malaria.
